Collective intelligence is the ability for a group of individuals to come together, using their collective knowledge and understanding, to develop a unified intelligence. It draws on the strengths, perspectives, backgrounds, ideas, and experience of all the individuals involved, and works collaboratively to create unique and meaningful outcomes. This shared process of learning, creativity, and collaboration can result in innovative outcomes beyond what any of the individual members could have achieved on their own.
